Home made detox water
keep you hydrated and healthy
Hi, Summer is at its peak nowadays.
Sooner monsoon will hit so far. This means there are more chances of receiving
infections and viral diseases. In this article, I will share a homemade detox
drink for stronger immunity, glowing skin and cleansing of the liver and kidneys.
This amazing homemade detox drink will also beat the summer’s hot wave and
help to control insulin which ultimately leads to healthy weight loss, especially
for belly fat.
Ginger lemon and turmeric water, what I called this homemade detox water a liquid gold for excellent health.
Here is the
recipe for a homemade detox drink
· 1/4 a cup or one ounce of fresh ginger
· 2 inches piece of fresh turmeric OR 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
· One fresh lemon
· 12 ounces of water

Take
about 1/4 cup of ginger and turmeric, wash and clean it.

Shred
it and let it soak in the water for about 30 to 60 minutes. (It doesn't have to
be warm it could be cold water.) Add turmeric powder at this stage, if you haven't a fresh one.
3.
Strain
all the fibre and let the juice go through the cheesecloth or strainer.
4.
Once
you have this ginger turmeric water then take a lemon.
5.
Squeeze
the entire lemon into 12 ounces of water
Howmuch is 12 ounces of water? It is roughly 1/3rd of a litre.
How to drink
and when to drink?
Drink this water on an empty
stomach. OR if you are fasting, break your fast with it. Actually, it's not
going to break a fast, it's going to help you increase the fast because of what
it does for your blood sugar. It decreases insulin. You can take this water on a daily basis for 365 days.
Benefits of
this detox water
You're also gonna have other
benefits as well. It will reduce cholesterol, and decrease blood pressure
potentially but the main thing is your hunger will decrease significantly.
Ginger has a
ton of amazing properties

have a variety of properties anti-inflammatory properties, and anti-cancer benefits
